Signed up but can't log in / told there's a problem with your account?
Signing up ≠ being able to log in right away — you must first click the link in the FurryStar verification email to verify, then you can log in. If it didn't arrive, check your spam folder.
Uploaded a model but see no effect?
Make sure you tapped the “Activate” button under My Assets — only one asset per category can be active.
Getting “missing files in the archive” when uploading a Live2D zip?
Most likely a backslash-path issue from zipping with PowerShell / Explorer on Windows — use Bandizip / 7-Zip instead (see the “Live2D & importing” topic).
Can't see the camera button?
It only shows for the owner (you) when a VRM model is currently displayed. Live2D / GLB models don't support webcam tracking in v1.
Can I use webcam tracking on iPhone / iPad?
Safari 14+ supports it, but the frame rate is low. For the full experience, try it on a PC.
Uploaded a motion but nothing moves?
Only FBX exported from Mixamo as “FBX for Unity / Without Skin” plays; FBX from other sources has mismatched bone names and fails. VRMA is the better choice.
Bought an asset pack but can't find it in your backpack?
That's normal — asset packs don't go to the backpack. After purchase it appears in the matching category under My Assets with an “Unlocked” badge, where you activate it to use it (see the “Shop · StarCoins · backpack” topic).
Enabled push but receiving nothing?
Receiving basically nothing on mainland Android / desktop Chrome, Edge is normal: browser push goes through Google's gateway, blocked in the mainland — the same for every site. Use an iPhone with “Add to Home Screen” then enable (Apple's channel is more reliable), or rely on the in-app notification center (the top-bar red dot) (see the “Notifications · push · install as an app” topic).
No response after submitting a commission?
A request with no response in the creator's inbox for 7 days expires automatically and notifies both sides; you can see your “Submitted / Waitlisted” status on their commission page. Note: at most 2 pending requests to the same creator at once, and at most 5 per day.
What can the top-bar search find?
Type a keyword in the top-bar search box and press Enter to open the search page. You can find: users (username / display name), works & posts, the Feed (updates), Atlas entries, and commission tiers; tabs at the top switch between “All / Users / Posts / Feed / Atlas / Commissions,” and the Posts tab can also sort by newest / hottest and filter by category. Notes: ① it's a substring “contains keyword” match (not exact equality); ② you must be logged in to search; ③ it only searches after you press Enter, not live as you type (intentional, to save resources). If you find nothing, first confirm the content is publicly visible and the keyword really appears in the title / body.
